Who's behind Patte Blanche?
I'm Marcus. For years I worked in IT — until the day I admitted that my best days were the ones spent surrounded by dogs.
So I did what everyone dreams of doing and never quite dares to: I changed my life. I headed to a dog daycare centre, where I learned the trade on the ground — long walks, lots of play, endless cuddles, and dogs of every size and temperament. The dogs took to me fast. Their owners too — trust doesn't take long around here.
Today, I look after dogs full-time, on my own account, officially, seriously, and with undisguised enjoyment. I live in Rixensart, between forest and countryside: Walloon Brabant and south Brussels are my everyday playground.
When I'm not out walking, chances are I'm in the kitchen — dog treats included. Around here, a sweet tooth doesn't discriminate by species.
And because a happy dog shows it: you get photos and a little note after every stay. It's a little gift, and mostly my way of telling you everything's fine.
